Standard Frames

Standard masonry, drywall frames have precision die-cut corners with positive locking tabs to assure rigid assembly connections. Standard frames are available from France Metal in series, profile, face dimensions, gauges, and door opening sizes to fit most any need in the construction industry today. In addition, France Metal can modify and weld frames to expand the variety of frames available even further.

Jamb depth 150 mm.
Knock down corners.
Existing opening anchors (EO/N) for masonry applications.
Z-anchors (MSZ) for dry wall applications.
4.2 mm thick steel hinges. 4.5" (114.3mm) height.
Plaster guard box @ back of hardware cut outs.
3 silencers (Rubber Mutes) @ single leaf frame lock jamb.
OR 2 silencers (Rubber Mutes) @ double leaves frame head.

Fire rated Label up to 3 hours.
Bullet resistant Label up to level 8.
Hot - dipped galvanized steel sheets Conforming to ASTM A526 or A642 & A525.

Level (4), Maximum duty, 2.5 mm thick.

Welded corners with temporary bottom spreader bars.

Perimeter weather & cold smoke gasket @ CFWK profiles.
